The following electronic version of the Municipal Master Specifications Book contains some minor reformatting of the text. The page numbering is
continuous and the pages are dated July 2003 but the content is the same as the hardcopy version. This years revisions are highlighted in yellow with the exception of section 02650. Section 02650 was extensively revised and the full section was reissued with the July 2003 revisions.
