Human Resources Division

Mandate:
This Division provides a full range of human resource services to the departments of Municipal Affairs, Government Services, Education, Health & Community Services, and Human Resources, Labour & Employment.

Programs & Services:
The division provides strategic human resource leadership in the areas of learning and development, employee relations and human resource planning for five departments (Municipal Affairs, Government Services, Education, Health & Community Services, and Human Resources, Labour & Employment).

Mission:
The Division's mission is to serve the best interests of its clients by providing professional Human Resource management services to assist in the development of a skilled, competent and healthy workforce.
