The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador has reviewed the Assessment Act, 2006 to determine whether the legislation can better meet the needs of individuals, businesses and municipalities.

This review was undertaken in partnership with the Municipal Assessment Agency (MAA) and Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador (MNL).
One aspect of the review involved targeted discussion with specific stakeholder groups. The second part of the consultations were designed to encourage any and all input and feedback, from any member of the public, through this webpage, by phone, or via e-mail or regular mail. Submissions to the Assessments Act, 2006 Review are now closed. Thank you to those who have taken the time to be a part of this process.
